About The MEGA Woman
The MEGA Woman was created as a companion for women in seasons of becoming.
For those carrying ambition and tenderness side by side.
For those who've led for years and are now learning how to lead themselves again.
For women who want their power to feel like home — not a battlefield.
Banke Sotomi is a feminine leadership coach, facilitator and mentor who has spent years working with women across corporate leadership, personal development and sacred spaces.
Her work is informed by her life story, her motherhood, her African roots, her leadership career and her spiritual journey.
She believes a woman's power is not found in how much she can carry —
but in how deeply she trusts herself.
She created The MEGA Woman at a point in my life when I had done everything "right"…
and still felt disconnected from myself.
She had built, achieved, led, held space for many — but hadn't yet fully learned how to hold space for the woman behind it all.
The MEGA Woman was born from that season.
From the unravelling.
From the remembering.
From choosing a different way to live, lead and love.
Now, She walk alongside women navigating their own becoming.
Not to lead them.
But to remind them they already have a compass.
Vision
The vision of The MEGA Woman is a world where women lead without disconnecting from their bodies, hearts or truth.
Where success feels sustainable.
Where softness is honoured.
Where power feels like belonging.
The Work
The work here lives at the intersection of:
-
Feminine leadership
-
Embodiment and healing
-
Personal power
-
Soul-led creation
-
Sacred sisterhood
It is practical, spiritual, grounded, emotional and lived.
It doesn't ask women to be anything new.
It invites them back to what is already true.
